mouse cursor not visible on window capture, it is seen on display capture but not window capture and yes the checkbox is ticked on settings, it was working earlier but randomly stopped working the next day.

I can't duplicate this using CMD instead of Windows Terminal with Auto BitBlt.
1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. If that doesn't fix it, try changing the Capture Method to Windows 10.
3. If that doesn't fix it, try running OBS as Admin. To run OBS as Administrator, right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.

I can still reproduce this on Windows 10 (22H2 Build 19045.6466) with OBS 32.1.2. I can confirm that all my mouse settings have been reset + I've rebooted + tried to turn off HAGS (turning off HAGS wasn't an option in my settings menu because that option literally doesn't exist) and I ran OBS as administrator and t has the same issue

Update: the mouse cursor shows up for less than 1 second when I toggle the "capture cursor" checkbox when creating a new application capture thing even if the window I'm capturing isn't focused. If I turn it on, it captures the mouse cursor for a split second before it disappears. Even if I don't move my mouse, it still disappears.

The mouse appears in the recording when I focus the window I'm capturing, though. Keeping the window focused fixes the issue of the cursor not being captured, though it is annoying
