OBS keeps crashing a few seconds after recording

These past three days OBS has been crashing near recording and I lose the few minutes I have recorded and have to restart OBS all over again. I don't know what the problem is. Could anyone help?

A couple of your Scenes are bugged with multiple Display, Game & Window captures. There should only be (1) per Scene to avoid interference.

Run your monitor @ 60 or 120HZ when using OBS as you're capturing @ 60FPS. You'll also save some cycles on your CPU. Honestly don't think that CPU is very good for high refresh rates.
