Thank you the log.
1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (32.0.2). Please update to version 32.1.2 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin.
3. Unfortunately, browser source hardware acceleration is not compatible with your system/graphics card. Because of this, browser sources will use extra CPU and may stutter. Try to use as few browser sources as possible. You currently have 181. Create a new Scene Collection with just 1 Scene and 1 Browser source.
4. Make sure that all 14 of your plugins are up-to-date.
5. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames, including one with 32.9%. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Start with enabling Dynamic Bitrate. See step 7 in that link.
